"The hotel and staff were exceptional, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was really clean and tidy with everything you needed, breakfast was lovely with super efficient staff looking after you. The hotel is in a nice quiet part of town but it’s walkable into the city or there is a nearby tram stop or a short walk to a metro stop. All in all a lovely place and we will be sure to return."

"If you luck out with a Mountain view room then this place is priceless! The location is also great. Cheap and safe parking is across the street. The down town square is 10 min easy walk. The rooms and the whole hotel are dated. It feels like you are in 1940s. It has that authentic and traditional feel, oddly appropriate for being in the German Berchtesgaden area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good and clean. If you enjoy an amazing view and drinks on the balcony then I suggest you come. Front desk staffer was helpful and multi lingual. A solid 6/10 hotel."
