🏡 The 64m² apartment is located at 7 rue des capucins in Obernai, you will be a few steps from the city center, the shops 🛍️ and the tourist office.

It has 🍽️ an American kitchen (fridge / freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, classic Nepresso coffee maker, toaster) with a central island to share your meals.
🛋️ The living room with television is luminous and opens onto the terrace.
🌞 You will have the opportunity to eat your meals inside, but also on the terrace on sunny days.

🚭 This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.

⛔ Animals are not allowed.

Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
