"We loved our time here at the Effala suite. It was located right in the middle of the heart of Colmar so lots to see and do outside but there was a nice quiet courtyard inside the gate when you wanted to get away from the crowds. I picked this place for the views out the windows and that did not disappoint. We stayed there early May, so it wasn’t too hot without air conditioning, but may be a factor at other times of year. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again....

"Stayed for a week in this lovely flat on the Rue du Rempart in Eguisheim during the last week of September. Very well equipped and cosy feel in a perfect location for access to the Centre of this lovely village. The flat was spotlessly clean and the owner met us with the keys and explained anything we needed to know. The new wine festival started our week well and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. "Very clean. Comfortable bed with extra blankets and sheets. Easy parking out the front. Shower was awkward due to the sloping ceiling, and the resulting shower curtain arrangement. Location and proximity to the highway were excellent for us. Good supermarket a short drive or good walk away. "

"The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They have some English which was a big plus. The location was ideal. 12 minute walk to Colmar tourist bureau and to the old village. Easy access to major routes to head to the many quaint Alsacien villages. Private parking was a bonus. I highly recommend this home."

Zwar gehen 10 Meter vom Schlafzimmerfenster Straßenbahn und Ausfallstraße vorbei, aber die Fenster sind gut gedämmt. "Apartment was in great location. Serviceable unit. A little clunky with the spiral staircase-especially getting luggage up and down. Cute little balcony. Diane was great in getting us checked in on time. The only negative about the experience was that there were no toiletries or extra trash bags.
