This is a room in a residential apartment in a not so great area. The room itself was clean and looked nice. The main issue is a woman keyed into the room at 8pm, looked surprised to see us, claimed to be house keeping, and ran out. She had no cleaning supplies and it was late, so we were uncomfortable. I stayed up through the night and let my wife sleep...

"The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved.
