Beautiful apartment with 100sqm on the 1st floor overlooking the mountains. High quality oak parquet, large bathroom with shower, bathtub, double vanity and toilet. Very large bedroom with box spring bed. Small fine kitchen with dining area and a living room that is unparalleled. High-quality leather furniture, large TV, Bose music system, DVD player with CD and Blue Ray in a large selection. From the living room, it goes directly to the large south-facing balcony overlooking the Nebelhorn and the mountain railway.

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage und top Ausstattung

Die Wohnung lässt von Ihrer Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen und war picobello sauber. Das Schlafzimmer war großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung ließ auch keine Wünsche offen, die begehbare Dusche, die schöne Badewanne , das Doppelwaschbecken waren perfekt. Badetücher, Handtücher etc. waren mehr als genug vorhanden. Auch das Wohnzimmer war sehr groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Eine begehbare, offene Küche mit sehr guter und vollwertiger Ausstattung rundete das ganze ab. Dazu war noch eine begehbare Garderobe und ein Gäste WC vorhanden und auch da hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Übergabe wurde von Herrn Zobel perfekt organisiert. Wir haben uns von Anfang an in dieser Wohnung sehr, sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt.
