"The breakfast buffet was supposed to be included but they give you a voucher for the cafe next door with minimal options not even a juice in the morning. Very disappointing. The location is great and the entire hotel needs to go through a remodeling. Everything is just too old. There is no receptionist after 8:00 pm till 8:00 in the morning. There is a call system to talk to someone and I needed to get in because I didn’t have the code. The guy who answered the call had major attitude problems."

"The facilities lack the cleanliness, order, and functionality one would expect from apartments in Switzerland; there was mold on the curtains, bathrooms were missing fixtures, chairs were broken, burnt-out light bulbs, and the TV didn't work—among other issues that leave much to be desired.
The photos of the facilities don't compare at all to the reality.
I do not recommend these apartments; it feels like a run-down hostel."
