"The room was nice sized, clean, quiet and had a comfortable bed. The room had a balcony that faced the lake which was nice to have a drink on and enjoy the view. A very nice hot and cold breakfast was also included with the stay."

The hotel is decorated with art and artifacts from its long history, has a library and garden areas to walk or relax in. Dinner was a pleasant surprise as it’s a gourmet coursed meal (might not be a good fit for picky eaters). Breakfast was lovely with great variety. I was meant to stay one night but because of the comfort and food, I decided to stay another night to relax and enjoy the amenities. My one knock would be that you can hear road noise, but the benefits outweigh that. I will gladly visit again. "

"Loved our stay at this little boutique hotel located in the center of the town San Candido. The room was neat and spacious, staff were all very friendly. The spa at the top with a surrounding view is a highlight of the stay where we can rest our body after long hikes!"
