Our train was delayed and we were transferred to a bus which was late in arriving but Bhadar , the gentleman who met us was very accommodating. He helped with bringing our luggage upstairs and gave us a welcoming bottle of wine. There are not many early morning breakfast options. Awesome experience. Already planning to stay again

This property is absolutely beautiful. The room was amazing with a spectacular view of the lake. The staff was very friendly and we loved the pool, spa and restaurant. The locations was perfect for us to see the lake areas and towns. Would highly recommend!

Book the Holz suite! We had such a magnificent view over the lake and woke up to a gorgeous sunrise that you really can't put a pricetag too. Sandra took care of all our needs & was super attentive, she accommodated our check-out requests and also gave us plenty of tips about the town. The property is beautiful, the rooms very clean, modern, and spacious and the staff is truly top notch. The woman who works at the front desk (manager…maybe owner?) is exceptionally kind, accommodating, and informative. We will absolutely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place!

Everything was amazing, unit, garden, amenities,checknin , check out , location. But the better and difficult to get i er was The service provided by the manager, Raja, was outstanding… it was a real pleasure; he is an attentive, responsible, and charming person. We are very happy with our stay.

Very nice location. Rooms are wonderful with lot of space and Elizabeth attention makes you stay like at home. I will go back to this hotel again when I come back to this region.
