"Upon arrival, we had not received any access codes. Fortunately, I met someone infront to contact the owner to send the codes. Also and therefore the biggest dissatisfaction was a shared bathroom with 3 other renters, which was not specified in the listing. Purposely MISREPRESENTED in my opinion in the listing. Would NEVER recommend it."

"We couldn't get into the room. We arrived and no code had been received to us . We had to look for a hotel room late. We were given no help from Fewo! So far, we haven't gotten our money back!Be careful with this platform !"

"Room was very comfortable, direct access to the thermal spa was really handy, robes and spa towels and slippers and tote bag were very convenient. Wrist band allows room access and spa and sauna access, that was really convenient. If therme spa is busy, it can be difficult to get into the parking lot. Hotel and spa are in what looks like a commercial area, it’s not overly attractive. No nice views from the rooms. "
