This was our second stay at this villa and still adored it. Had some new members of the family this time around so was very grateful for the fenced in pool and the play area full of toys upstairs! This place has absolutely everything any member of the family could need (and more) all in a peaceful private setting with local amenities and tourist spots just a quick drive away. Will definitely look to visit a third time in a few years :)

One of the best villas my family and I have ever stayed in. The owners are wonderful and the welcome chocolate cake was to die for. This is by far the best equipped villa we have stayed in and the best pool which was always clean and constantly at 30°. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Beatriz 💕

Fantastic villa for families.we had a 12 7and 3 year old,they didn’t want to leave. Lovely heated pool. Nice grass area for children to play. Spacious villa with everything you needed. Because of close proximity to fruit farms flies were a bit of a problem when eating outside. Could have done with more sun loungers because pool area was so nice. Obidos town was lovely, definitely worth a visit.would definitely return

Hemos estado cinco matrimonios durante una semana, y ha estado todo muy bien. La casa se ajusta a lo que se anuncia. Moderna y decorada con gusto y las instalaciones y terreno están muy cuidados. Ademas los anfitriones, muy amables, habían decorado toda la casa con un ambiente muy hogareño y navideño.

Adoramos esta casa, a água da piscina é quentinha, a casa está super bem equipada, o salão de jogos é incrível, tem um espaço muito grande, perfeito para umas férias em família ou com amigos! Para além disso a D. Beatriz e o marido são super simpaticos e receberam-nos lindamente com um bolinho de chocolate maravilhoso, e ainda foram impecáveis a solucionar pequenos imprevistos! Recomendamos a 100% e provavelmente voltaremos cá!

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin....maison magnifique.....piscine au top.... Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants. La maison est tout à fait conforme aux photos, voir même mieux. Tout était réuni pour un séjour parfait.

Alojamento fantástico, tem tudo o que precisa para uma estadia em família ou com amigos. Local muito limpo e asseado, muito espaço no interior e exterior. Fomos muito bem recebidos e presenteados com um maravilhoso lanche à chegada... :D A casa é fantástica e está equipada com tudo o que é necessário e muito mais... Tem muito espaço exterior, piscina aquecida, salão de jogos, Internet em todo o lado, churrasqueira com cozinha de apoio... Banca de venda de fruta e vegetais mesmo ao lado. Supermercados e praias muito perto, cerca de 5 a 10m de carro. Adorámos a estadia,,, Muito Obrigada.

Fomos recebidos com muita simpatia pela D. Beatriz e marido, com um excelente bolo chocolate. A nissa estadia foi positiva, a excelente área que dispõe, o modo como estão distribuídas as várias distrações, dá para conciliar idades etarias. Desde a piscina de água quente salgada, ao salão de jogos, sala cinema, churrasqueira equipada e fechada em portas de vidro com esplanada,.. Otima localização para compras, com varios hipermercados a 5 minutos. Espero voltar a repetir!

Dès notre arrivée devant le portail nous avons été subjugué par la propriété; Les propriétaires sont des personnes d'une extrême gentillesse, très sincèrement je pense qu'il est impossible de faire mieux. Nous louons depuis 20 ans et n'avaons jamais rien trouvé d'aussi parfait!! Tout est à ravir, piscine extra, maison propre accueillante, rien ne manque, et que dire de la cuisine d'été de la salle de jeu (Billard fléchettes…) et la salle audio vidéo !! toiute simplement splendide. Merci pour tout ça!

Esta semana de férias superou as expectativas, a propriedade correspondeu em tudo ao que estava indicado e os proprietários são excelentes anfitriões. A propriedade não podia estar mais bem equipada e preparada para nós receber. A piscina aquecida, a sala de jogos, equipamentos de apoio ao barbecue, espaço de pomar e pinhal são apenas alguns dos pontos fortes. Esperamos repetir! Obrigada pela simpatia.

A vivenda tem tudo para proporcionar uma estadia descontraída e divertida pois está, extremamente, bem equipada com televisões, jogos, eletrodomésticos e já para não falar da "montanha" de insufláveis que nos permitiram gozar a piscina de água salgada e aquecida. Os donos da propriedade são uma simpatia e deram-nos um bolo de chocolate no check-in que é maravilhoso. Recomendamos completamente esta casa a que certamente iremos voltar. Obrigada. A beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location, yet only 10 minutes from supermarkets, and 20 mins from beaches. The villa is very spacious, well furnished, and equipped with just about everything you need. An excellent games room with 'cinema' room above, lovely gardens, and a great pool. The garden building contains a laundry room, WC, and large kitchen, and again was very well kitted out. A minor problem with water supply to this building was quickly resolved by Beatriz and her neighbours. Overall, a fantastic villa, with lovely owners who gave us a very warm welcome, and chocolate cake and wine, on arrival. Would highly recommend.
