This spacious family home is located in the village of Biliane, near Obrovac. It is ideal for a larger family, as it can accommodate up to 12 people. At your disposal are six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room as well as a spacious garden with a private pool. The ground floor and first floor are accessed via internal staircases and the minimum ceiling height on the top floor is 160 cm.

This house is also very well equipped outside, e.g. with 6 comfortable sun loungers. The total living space of the holiday home is 262 m².

Very comfortable and clean. Fully equipped with everything you need for a really comfortable and relaxing holiday.Immediate, very friendly help with questions.The large pool is the absolute highlight.We recommend this great house and can well imagine coming back!

Das Haus war grundsätzlich sehr schön und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind super und unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön groß und klimatisiert, was bei den heißen Nächten sehr von Vorteil war. Die Bäder waren teilweise unpraktisch eingerichtet und die Duschen in der Funktion stark eingeschränkt (entweder fehlte der Wasserdruck, oder man musste genau den Moment zwischen zu heiß und eiskalt treffen). Der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen, wenn auch leider die Liebe zum Detail fehlt und das Haus in nächster Zeit unbedingt ein Makeover bekommen sollte.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super. Hat man im Haus etwas festgestellt, wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Bei Fragen zu Stränden und Restaurants haben wir super Tipps erhalten.

Der große und sehr saubere Pool ist das Highlight. Aber auch das Haus war sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und super sauber.

Waren vom 01.06.24-15.06.24 in dem schönen Haus.Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier genau richtig.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus,ruhigen Gewissen,weiter empfehlen.
