She even got up to provide breakfast at 5.45am as we were leaving on a tour at 6.05am. The normal breakfast started at 7am The room was beautiful and the bed extremely comfortable. I’m Rapa Nui, so I felt like I was supposed to be there. It was a surprise to me. Thank you for the service. I would definitely consider of going back next time I visit La Serena. "

"Staff was good but we encountered major issues having no water for showers and or bathroom after returning from a desert trips, no prior notice not once but two days in a row . Room facing the beach very very noice at night time with traffic and teen kids skating and bikes until well past midnight. "
