"Has to call the front desk twice about loud music next door. We traveled all day and didn’t even arrive until 11pm. It looked like the bathroom door had been kicked in. There was a whole in the door. Pieces of drywall in the entrance when you walked into the room. Front desk was not all that helpful."

"This is a stunning hotel. I kept thinking I may not fit in with the clientele! If I have a complaint it’s the same throughout Europe, and that is, no top sheet on the beds, just a duvet with a cover. But the duvet is too hot middle of the night and way too cold with nothing covering me. But that’s not a slight on this hotel, just a general comment on all the hotels I’ve been in this trip. The staff are terrific with good English, breakfast I thought was excellent. My daughter used the gym each day and said it was really good and very clean. "

"The room had an AMAZING balcony view of the Danube river. The only very minor problem was figuring out the light switches. The food at the restaurant was actually a main highlight of our stay. Fantastic food and preparation."
