Filthy, nasty sheets, not enough towels, roaches and fleas, possilby bed bugs. No toilet paper, we didn't have a window blind, just a cardboard box with tape and u can still see in the room.

We arrived and they told us about a room… The smell was terrible, they gave us another room but that room was dirty, the bed wasn’t clean, the bathroom was dirty with the towels were on the floor dirty too. We went and talk with the manager and she gave us another room, the smell was less terrible but they don’t clean the room properly, maybe they try to do their best but they aren’t reaching it.
