You will need a car to get around. You do not need 4wd though. :)

Please respect the following Guidelines:

* NO FIRE ALLOWED. No candles, no bonfires, no bbq, no lighting sage, etc.

* No Smoking Indoors. If you do smoke, please use the `Owl Ashtrays` provided, and please make sure all butts are completely out.

* Please drive slowly and carefully on Joy Ridge Road. There are often sweet lil` ladies, children, deer, bunnies, etc. walking along the road, and you may not see them if you are driving at night or too fast.

* No parties, no big gatherings, no nonpaying guests. Please keep this place private, just for you, thanks!

* There are a few other structures on the property. Please do not enter them, thanks.

* Regarding Pets: We have a `no pet policy.` If you do choose to bring a service animal, please notify us before your arrival. Please also ensure that your service animal is leashed at all times on the property and that you clean up after them, thanks.
