The location was wonderful, quiet but still close to town. The hosts were very responsive. However, be aware that the home could use some updates and TLC -- the screens on the doors were ripped, some light bulbs did not work, the shower curtains were dirty, etc.

If you haven't been to Fire Island, go. I worked a summer in Ocean Beach in my mid twenties. No place like it in the world.

If you are traveling with a family and have the option to rent a house, that's probably the best bet but if you are adults traveling to the beach for a fun weekend-Cleggs is perfect.

Fun place. Hadnt been there in years. Beach is still beautiful. Food was pricey & not so great. enjoyed out stay.
