"Property smelled like wet dog the entire weekend. Furniture all needs replaced the couch is so busted you can’t even sit on it. Didn’t look to have been cleaned before we stayed. We found used Q-tips in the bathroom and loft. Beds are super cheap from Walmart, you can feel every single spring and we all woke up with sore backs. Floors were super dusty and sandy. View is nice and we felt it was spacious at least. Outside and deck are newly renovated. This place just needs some TLC."

"This was our first time in Ocean City. We absolutely loved how conveniently located the cottage was! So close to the beach and so much more. We loved walking the boardwalk each day, found new places to eat each night along the boardwalk, and spent a day at the water park. In the mornings we enjoyed sipping coffee on the front porch or reading books out there. Having AC in the property was a big sell for us given the summer temps. "Not very modern and the TV didn’t work. The network and password provided were incorrect and when we called on the first the first night, ended up spending two hour on the phone with no resolution. Was told someone would come the next day and nobody did. Was a bit disappointed in how things were handled. "
