"This was my first stay at Dunes Suites and it will not be my last! I enjoyed my ocean front room with kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and house keeping arrived within minutes of me requesting extra towels and blankets. Property was very clean. Easy access to the beach and much less crowded than other parts off the boardwalk. "

"The Wellington exceeded our expectations for an inexpensive hotel. It was less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach and boardwalk. The room was updated and clean, but had blinds on the one window and a light outside of it so it was never fully dark. It is also not accessible for anyone who cannot do stairs. That was fine for us, but could be an issue for others. They also have a narrow parking lot so anyone with an oversized vehicle would need to find somewhere else to park The beds were super soft. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping came every day with fresh towels and anything we needed. Great experience overall."
