Located on 127th st bayside, this 3rd floor townhome offers a quiet stay close to the beautiful Northside Park, while still only a short walk to the beach. Be sure to check out the park's walking paths & fishing pier.
After a day at the beach, feel free to use the pool or enjoy one of the many restaurants nearby. Sun-free fun nearby include mini golf & movie theaters located just a few blocks away.

This 3rd floor one bedroom townhome features two queen size beds and a bathroom upstairs, a full kitchen and a living room with a pull out couch available for use downstairs. This townhome also has a washer and dryer within the unit.

The guest will have access to the entire unit, except for the owners closet located downstairs in the kitchen.

I am available to guests via text/call throughout their stay.

Quiet Bayside area next to Northside Park. This townhome is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Official time with a baby and two toddlers in tow was 4 minutes and 40 seconds.

This unit has a parking lot and there is a good amount of parking on the surrounding streets. Although having a car for some activities is recommended, it is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and Northside Park which features a playground. There are many restaurants within a couple of blocks to enjoy as well.

There is also a bus service that travels Coastal Highway in Ocean City.

This is a 3rd floor townhome and there is no elevator in this building. There is also a spiral staircase within the unit.

House Rules
The person who booked the trip must be present for the stay or the reservation will be cancelled.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the house or outside the house on the deck or property.

No crab/seafood boils or seafood deep fryers inside the house (deposit will be applied to deep cleaning).


No candles or other open flames allowed on property.

This is a quiet building with full time residents and ask that our guests keep noise to a minimum, particularly after dark.

This is a townhouse style condo so please acknowledge that there are stairs up to the unit and stairs (spiral) within the unit.

Best Stay Ever!

My family and I used the 3 condos in Raffles owned by Erin. We visit every summer and I must say this was the best experience I have had in OCMD. All 3 condos were squeaky clean, modernly renovated, beautifully decorated, and felt like home. Erin was amazing with communication from start to finish. They deserve more than 5 stars for the condos and for customer service. I am looking forward to booking here every summer !

Great Place, Great Host!

We absolutely loved this property! One block off the beach, centrally located to many places to eat & get coffee or ice cream. The actual property had plenty of parking and the host keeps the place very well kept! Even the pull out sofa bed was comfortable with lux sheets and a comfortable mattress. We absolutely had a great time and highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in OC. Additionally, Erin is a GEM!! Communication was impeccable and her recommendations were PLENTY! :) Thank you Erin!!

Super clean condo with convenient location!

Great location

Our family booked this condo as a last minute trip.. Erin, the host was very responsive. The place was very clean as everything had just been remodeled. The beach is one block away. The bay on the opposite end is also one block away. I never knew Ocean City had a huge park but it’s off of 127th, so great for the kids to take a break. Having the pool option on windy days was a blessing. I would definitely stay here again.
