North Ocean City 2 bedroom condo - just 3 blocks to the beach and Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy the peaceful North Ocean City location (143rd St.) but still be close to everything - the beach, shopping, restaurants and more. You'll enjoy cable TV, high speed internet/wifi and central air conditioning in this great condo. Both bedrooms have a queen sized bed and there is also a queen sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. There is one assigned parking spot but also unassigned guests spots that are normally available. There is also plenty of free street parking available.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Condo comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $99.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
