Only steps to the beach in North Ocean City, this property offers a great location for your next vacation! The condo offers two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed the other with two twin-size beds. The master bedroom has a private bath with a walk-in shower and flat-screen television. There is an additional full bath with a shower tub combination. The fully equipped kitchen offers renters the ability to have meals in and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach from the deck. The living area has a flat-screen television and games. The property is equipped with a stacked washer and dryer. Two beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and sand toys are available for renters.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Restaurants, and shops located in North Ocean City and Fenwick Island are all within a short walk from the condo. In addition, the condo is within a short walk of mini-golf, laser tag, a water park, and an arcade.

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**

Great location, great price

Wonderful condo, larger than expected. Cross the street and you are at the ocean. Nice and quiet at the beginning of the week, got noisier neighbors as we approached the weekend. Overall, very nice stay. Will be back!

Yes the property is managed by a company but they can’t fix furnishings. Showers are old & mildewed. Bedding was dirty & gross. Bathroom rugs same. No garbage disposal. ONE light in the living room. All bathroom faucets had crud on them. One wall light in bedroom with no globe. Power cord in kitchen for the appliances. Sounds like a fire hazard to me. Have pics if that helps.

Great location! The main issue is the over powering scent of mold. The condo was extremely musty!!

A place for Relaxing

We had one minor issue that was resolved within 24 hours. The beds were all comfortable, but the sofa bed not so much (but honestly are they EVER very comfortable?). A/c worked great 👍 It was nice to have a few beach chairs and an umbrella too. Wish there was a small table on the porch, but made do with the one TV tray. Would go again.

Manage your expectations

After two very successful experiences in renting through Vrbo, this was a let-down. The communications with the institutional property owner were very impersonal. Don't bother to push for a waiver of the pet fee, even if your dog is small and trained. Bring your own towels, paper towels, and TP. You get one roll each of TP and paper towels in your check in bag. The location is great, it's what you pay for. Upon first entry we were greeted with a blast of musty, mildewy air, so be ready to open windows and doors. The smell dissipates, but returns when everything's closed up. The master bedroom mattress is painfully uncomfortable. In the second bedroom, 2/3 of the electrical outlets didn't work. You do get nice TVs in the bedroom and living room, and there's a charming electric fireplace which came in handy during a stay in which it snowed one day. Overall, this rental would be good for a young family or a group of teenagers or 20somethings just looking for a place to crash when they're not on the beach or the town. It just wasn't for us.

Enjoyed the location

I didn't care for the way this rental company communicated with me. That said it I wound up not having a problem. This condo is dated, a little musty, a bit dark, and slightly in disrepair. I personally fixed the table in the kids room. On the other hand the location is great with walking distance to most everything you need including multiple restaurants nearby. Also since its on the 1st floor you don't have to share the elevator with Mr or Mrs Coughy McSneezey. The area is a great place for walking, jogging, or biking, or One Wheel'n on the ocean side back streets south to OC and north well into Delaware. Finally you are steps from the beach. Yeah! Good times. The good outweighed the bad. Mask up and carry on.

Family vacation

The location is awesome, north ocean city is much quieter which was great during this time. The property was pretty clean. The air conditioning broke during the stay but they were able to send someone to fix it within 15 min which was great. We did see that the filter was very dirty which was disappointing during a pandemic. The property did change the filter at our request. The process to get the keys and return them is very inconvenient as you have to drive 15 min out of your way. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Very pleased!

Excellent condition. However, WIFI password is incorrect and I couldn't reach property management to get the correct password. Thankfully, accessing wifi wasn't urgent for me, but it could be for other renters. Otherwise, everything was great!
