THINGS TO KNOW
Smoking/vaping is prohibited in the condo and on the outside patio, deck, and dock.Please wash any sand off your feet before entering this vacation home. A hose on the north side of the building can be used.No bikes or other recreational devices on the patio, deck, or dock. There is a bike rack at the end of the parking lot on the north side of the building.No beach furniture or toys are permitted in the unit.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Dock details: Dock outside of unit- Not for parking boats. It can only be for loading/unloading.

Great bay front location

We were relocated to this rental by Vacasa after the original rental was full of mold. Vacasa made it right by relocating us and paying the additional fee. This unit was in a great location and we did a lot of fishing. The unit was clean and full of nice personal touches and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped. The neighbors were nice and friendly. It was great watching fireworks right from the condo. Very nice stay!

INFESTATION AND LIES

Sent multiple emails and complaints. Lied to about how vrbo and VACASA was going to help and as soon as we checked out… 4DAYS EARLY!! No more communication, no refund on days we didn’t stay as agreed it would be and no reports promised to be supplied I’d appreciate some sort of response to any one of the multiple emails I’ve sent I have and still am contacting customer service with no response via text, email or phone

So after booking a disgusting dump of a place, vacasa made up for it by finding this place for us last minute. The moment you walk in the place you not only see that it is clean, but it smells clean too. It has a beautiful view, nice kitchen, and the rooms stay nice and cold. The only thing that needs fixed is anytime we used the microwave for more than a minute, the fuse would blow and trip the breaker. So, someone needs to look at that. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay!

Quick, Easy and Comfortable

Very easy booking and check-in with VACasa. The electric padlock on the door made access very easy upon arrival and throughout our stay. Did not have to deal with keeping track of any keys and all 6 of us could come and go as we pleased. The condo was very clean and the recent interior renovations were a nice surprise. Would highly recommend!

This is a great first floor property that features two bedrooms, bathrooms and sofa beds, it sleeps six. It has additional parking and all you need to enjoy your stay. My only request is to have the floor carpets cleaned, they are soiled, then that would earn 5 stars

Can't beat the location

This property is located in North Ocean City, very close to the Delaware border right on Assawoman Bay. The view, especially at sunset is phenomenal! You can fish or do some crabbing on the shared deck/pier right outside the sliding glass doors. A crabbing cage was included and boy did we have fun with that! The property is located on the ground floor so no stairs were ever needed. We had neighbors on both sides and above us but never heard them when we were inside; the walls are well built. All promised amenities were there with a well stocked kitchen as far as pots, pans, appliances were concerned. The rooms were clean with the exception of the window air conditioners which were covered in dust, as were the wall hangings/dried flowers above the kitchen cupboards. They honestly just need to go. Other than an outdated but functional kitchen the place was comfortable and again, you just can't beat the waterfront location. I would recommend to the owner to invest in some new patio furniture however as we spent most of our time on the patio during the day. The current pieces don't match and the green plastic chairs are not very comfortable. Again, minor things. Parking was right outside the main entrance - very convenient. We were close enough that we could walk to the beach (about 20 minutes) but mostly just took the car and parked on the side street and walked 5 minutes to the endless sands of Ocean City. What a fantastic vacation! :)

This is an older unit but is in pretty good shape. It was very comfortable.

Old time charm a bit from the main hubbub.

This condo reminded me of the our worn but totally charming old summer cottage. It has everything you'd need including games and thankfully not the latest and from Walmart everywhere. The highlight is indeed the sliding door in the back bedroom and in the living room which completely opens onto Assawomen Bay for beautiful sunsets. We loved it and its nostalgia.

Great place to take the family or a few friends! Was bigger than it looks in the pictures, was great for 6 adults! Quiet neighborhood, and great place for families with kids too. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends if they were looking for a vacation in ocean city! Only thing is some of the stuff could be updated! Absolutely spectacular views though, especially at sunset!

Lovely view, needs upgrades.

The condo is located right on the bay. You could launch a Kayak right from the back deck. It was very quiet. The parking space is very small and a bit difficult to access with a truck. The bed was very comfortable. The A/C units are wall units but they worked well. The washer, dryer and kitchen appliances all worked well. There was plenty of hot water. The condo was not fancy but it was functional. It should have some upgrades, but I believe this is the first season for this rental so I'm sure upgrades are in the works. I would rent again.
