Bayfront, fully refinished, stunning views, spacious Condo, steps from the beach

This 1250 sq ft. condo sleeps 4 adults comfortably, 6 total with 2 small children. The 2nd story unit sits right on the water with open bay views including stunning sunsets across the Route 90 bridge. Even the master bedroom enjoys these same views. 2 queen beds in one bedroom, as well as a comfortable king in the master with its own walk-in tiled shower. Large open concept kitchen has a huge granite bar to sip on your favorite beach cocktail. Enjoy your crab feast on the enclosed balcony where you can watch the sun set on beautiful bay nights. New furniture and appliances throughout for that home away from home feel. Has an assigned dock if you decided to bring down a boat or jetski, steps from the entrance. Situated between Seacrets and Macky's Bayside, there will always be a fun place to walk to.

Right across the street from the beach too!!!

*Comes with 3 beach chairs, cooler, 5 boogie boards, 3 fishing rods and beach cart for your convenience. Bring your own sheets and bath towels as no linens or toiletries are provided! (although some are always there). 4 Beach towels are provided as well as comforters and blankets.

*Bedroom 1 has one king size bed with on suite private bath and tiled shower. Open bay water view.

*Bedroom 2 has two queen beds next to hallway bath that has a full size new tub/shower. Canal side water view.

*Dining area is on the enclosed patio that has a table and seating for 5 with enlarged windows for the best open bay view in Ocean City. (The swing is no longer there)

*Other features include 2 assigned parking spots, free mesh WiFi, new HVAC, new washer/dryer combo, fully equipped kitchen (new fridge) with flatware/plates/bowls/cups, dock access, new floors, new paint, and enjoy movie night on the 65 inch Smart LCD TV!

Overall very clean. Pricey for no ocean view and no linen package . The queen beds are firm, which was uncomfortable for me. The bay views are stunning, short walk to the beach was nice, the beach cart was a great addition, probably due to be replaced soon. The outside of the building looks very uninviting with a large dumpster in the front that smells. Overall we enjoyed our stay, crabbing off the dock, but next time we will pick an ocean view.

Family vacation

This is our first time visiting OC MD and had a great stay at Bob’s. Overall rental listing has clear pictures and accurate descriptions of the unit. We used all 4 beach chairs, cart and towels. Really appreciate all of the amenities that came with the house. Easy and quick walk to the beach, also great view of the bay. Thanks!

Short sweet stay

lovely and clean property but please do read the fine print- it is bring your own toilet paper and linens (our mistake), and don't find yourself without either when you arrive at midnight, like we did...!

Hidden Gem!!

Great location! Easy to walk to beach, restaurants, mini golf, etc. Feels very private, even though it is so close coastal highway. Owner was quick to answer a few questions when we arrived. Clean and well decorated!! Perfect spot for a last minute weekend OC getaway!!

Fun in the sun

The rental was a bit dusty in areas and we found a dirty diaper in the hamper but overall clean with all amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Nice view of the bay. Couches were comfortable. Pictures showed a Keurig coffee maker hut there was a regular coffee maker available. So brought wrong type of coffee. Close to beach. We had a very enjoyable stay

Nice accommodations

The property was accurately described, check-in was easy and owner was very responsive when we had an issue w the shower. He sent someone over to fix it the same morning. We had a nice stay.

Location, location, location

For us, the location was everything that we were looking for. Having stayed all around at different locations in OC over the years, this area is my favorite. It’s walking distance to mostly everything I need. As far as the house, it was great. The place was clean and the owner was easy to contact, when needed. I’m the kind of person who really doesn’t need a lot and the owner didn’t bombard me with check-ins durning my visit, which I like. My only critique was that the master bedroom’s blinds let sunlight in. And in the summer, this is 6-6:30am. Maybe some curtains could help cut the light beaming in so early. A nice feature was a white noise machine that did a fantastic job covering the sound of seagulls on the bay. Speaking of the bay, this is located right on the water. This place has easy access if you want to use a kayak. Overall, my family really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

I read a previous review just prior to our stay which was concerning but don't let the complaints keep you away. The parking is fine, there were plenty of pillows, blankets were clean and there was tons of dishes and silverware. I am also a VRBO owner (a cabin in WV) and consider myself to have very (boarding on annoying) high standards. The beds were comfy, the view spectacular and we had everything we needed. Not only are there beach chairs and towels but also boogie boards and looks like maybe some sand toys. We had a great stay celebrating my daughter's birthday. Thanks so much!

Decent place, horrible location and amenities

Size was nice but we had lots of difficulties with the toilets. The guest toilet ran all of the time and the main toilet I had to rechain the stopper to get it to work. Provided items were nasty and we decided to buy our own pillows and blankets and silverware. Location was in a horrible spot as there was no direct light access and most of the time it was blocked by Candy kitchen trucks. Parking was also not great as spots were very small. Would not stay here again due to all of these issues

Loved it!

This was our first time in OCMD and the condo made the vacation that much more incredible! The condo was very clean and updated, spacious and very comfortable furnishings! Perfect location, quick walk to the ocean and restaurants. The view from the windows out into the bay made for beautiful sunsets:).

Great place for families!

This is a great condo directly on the bay and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The check-in process was so easy and the inside was updated and spotless. Amazing views from the back of the property. Bob was very helpful and very easy to reach if needed. I’ve been Ocean City many times before and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. My family and I would definitely love to come back!

Perfect Place

This condo was perfect. We loved the location, cleanliness, how comfortable it was, the views, and layout of the condo. It had everything you would need, including great beach supplies. The view of the bay is breathtaking. We could walk to the boardwalk and other places and the beach spot was easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place with Amazing view! Location couldn’t be better

We stay at a different location every year and this place exceeded our expectations!! Lovely sunsets every night, fun decor and that couch is to die for! Location

This condo was everything a beach condo should be. It had very comfortable furniture and beds! The view was absolutely amazing and location couldn't be better for getting uptown, downtown or Berlin. Access to the bay was a major plus too!
