There are two reserved parking spaces, an easily accessible elevator, and an outdoor pool. The beach is conveniently 2 blocks away, making this the perfect getaway spot! WiFi is free for guests. We have stayed at many places in OC, but this was by far the cleanest! Kind and responsive host, very comfortable place, lots of room for everything, nice view and gentle sounds of birds as we ate meals on the patio. Great AC, quickly cooled down the place. Everything was fantastic. Can't wait to return.

Over the years, we have stayed at a number of beach homes. Our stay at Summer House was exceptional in every way. First, the location could not have been more perfect. Walking to the beach with our two young grandchildren was made so much easier with only two blocks. It was also convenient for the grandparents! The condo unit was just lovely. So well maintained, beautifully appointed and spacious. Three bedrooms were awesome and accomodated our family unit. The wrap around balcony was amazing and offered stunning views especially at dusk. The modern kitchen made cooking enjoyable and hassle free. Our host, Ed, could not have been more helpful and kind. From the time of booking to our departure, he was very responsive and took a genuine interest in our experience. As a former hotelier and now condo association manager, I am a bit picky and have high expectations. Summer House, Unit 201 hit all very high marks. Thanks, Ed. We will be back. Don and Terri
