    The Space:

    You'll have the best of both world, with beautiful bay and ocean views from this Fountainhead Towers condo situated in the heart of North Ocean City. As a guest of the condo, you'll enjoy direct access to the beach, along with the use of a seasonal outdoor pool overlooking the ocean and a tennis court. On one side of the condo is an oceanfront balcony facing the beach and the morning sunrise; on the other is a bayside balcony with a view of the sunsets over Assawoman Bay.



    The comfortable interior comes furnished for family comfort, with thoughtful features equipped to promote healthy home living. The air-conditioning system is fitted with a purifying filters that remove airborne dust and allergens. The washer features an oxidizer setting which does not require the use of detergent. Plan home-cooked meals with ease in the well-appointed full kitchen and kick back on the plush sofa to stream shows and movies on the living room smart TV.

    A $60 Non-refundable building registration fee is due per vehicle upon check-in.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great view and good location

The view of the ocean was amazing. We and during off- season, which meant lots of things were closed, but this place is located in an area where things are still open which was amazing.

Great Beach Location

Overall very clean, homey and excellent location. Living room TV could be bigger from the couch to the TV is a long distance. Hurricane shutters on the balcony would improve the unit as well. Fountain Head Towers is an excellent building and location.

Just what I wanted...

An oceanfront condo with beach waves and surf sounds 24/7. Extremely nice place with bed uniquely situated to catch sunrise daily!! All the amenities of home. Not a big tech person so a little frustration with the tv and what I wanted to watch.

Slice of Heaven at the beach

If you have ever visited Ocean City, MD it can be hard to find a nice place to stay that isn't outdated and has good views of the ocean....AND be affordable. I am EXTREMELY picky with the places I choose to stay at (had a few bad experiences with unclean stays that have stuck with me) so I will happily splurge to ensure a clean, beautiful space for my family. This place was GORGEOUS!!! It's a nice sized rental and as soon as you turn into the kitchen you are met with a beautiful view of the ocean...and the best past is that you can sleep in the bed and never have to get up to see it; sunrises were definitely the highlight of this rental! The decor, furniture and appliances were ALL very modern and not something you find a lot in some Ocean City rentals. I loved the large balcony area, which was perfect for sipping wine while hearing the waves crash. The amenities provided were also a plus, more than enough towels, washcloths and paper products, and check-in/out was very easy (even afterhours). I enjoyed my Mother's Day stay here and we are already planning to bring the kids back in summer. Thank you so much Deb & Kathy for sharing this beautiful rental with us!

Perfect Stay

Check in was easy, the condo was spotless and perfect for our family of four. The view was amazing, both sunrise and the ocean from the main room and the sunset from the back patio. Close to grocery store and right on the beach. We can’t wait to return!
