Memorial weekend in OC.

A very nice, clean and relatively modern studio that was as advertised. Location is not too bad, fairly close to the beach, but away from most craziness. The beach that is within walking distance was very crowded, but thats to be expected on Memorial Day weekend. Overall I would recommend this place and would book it again

Cute Beach Condo

Very nice place. Friend and I spent a couple nights while visiting my college child who’s working in OC this summer. Cute very well appointed condo. Very comfortable for two people. Nicely appointed, linens, towels, beach stuff… I am quite picky and not often do I do rentals, but was quite impressed and would stay at this condo again. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

It was a compact but cozy and clean studio apartment for my family of three. We really enjoyed our stay. Debora made the place feel like a home. It was equipped with beach chairs, a cooler and speaker. So we felt it was well thought out. My only recommendation would be to install blackout blinds, please! Besides that, we would recommend!

very clean and modern amenities. Great for cooking in house and plenty of room when you pick up the Murphy bed. Getting in was a bit annoying because you have to know to turn both the upper and lower handles at the same time. This is also necessary to exit. my daughter loved the fact that it was right next to an amusement park. That could be a bit disconcerting for people who like to go to bed early. The mini market nearby is actually excellent food. They might want to consider a change of name for that. The outdoor of the building is a bit decrepit looking, but the parking lot is fine.

So the stay was fine, the space was a small studio with a living room and Murphy bed. Space was next to an amusement park so it sounded like thunder all day. There was no coffee, but a coffee maker. (even just a pod or 2 would have been nice. the only toiletry issue was no shampoo. Lastly, the place looked ok, but we found a dead mouse on a glue trap. The mouse had been there for a bit, luckily it didn't smell up the place but that's not ideal to touch when you drop something. Overall the communication was great. the apartment doesn't have a deadbolt just a twist and hold luck so you need 2 hands to leave the apartment This was my first time using vrbo, might just go to hotels.

Great Weekend Getaway!

What a great place! It was incredibly clean and well cared for. So many little extras and details had been taken care of. Everything was so organized and so much was provided with the rental...we only needed to bring our personal belongings and beach towels because so much was there for us! Communicating with the owner was easy; she was helpful and responded so quickly to answer our questions. I was hesitant because of the proximity to Jolly Roger's (as evident in the ad), but it truly wasn't a problem. During the day we were mostly out and about (or the AC running drowned out any the noise) and by night time all the noise was gone. It was never and issue. And the bed was so comfortable (rare for a rental!) that we had no problem sleeping. Location was really great as there was so much within walking distance we could get to the beach, restaurants, and even the little mini market at the end of the street without getting in the car. My daughter and I enjoyed a great girls weekend before she heads back to college and we agreed that if we get to go away again next summer, we'll check this property first for availability.
