Beautiful 2 Bedroom Condo in the Popular Makai, close to the Convention Center and Beach

Makai 301 is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bay. This condo features a limited bay view. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. Guests must supply sheets, towels all soap and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Property rents any three nights all year! This condo can sleep 6 with a king in bedroom 1 and 2 sets of single bunk beds in bedroom 2. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Family trip

The location for this property is perfect, in walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants. The view of the bay is breathtaking. The property also has an inside pool, exercise room and sauna. The only thing I would suggest to the owners would be to add additional forks, as there were only 3 for 5 people.

Clean condo

The condo was clean and ready early. Exactly as described. My teenagers enjoyed the pool tables in the game room. The only downside is the view from the balcony.

Great unit!

Property was nice and spacious for me and the kids. They loved the bunk beds. The eat in kitchen was very nice. The bay view was gorgeous. The parking lot, not so much, but it didn’t take away from the comfort and niceness of the room. The master bedroom and bath were spacious. Everything was clean and tidy.Overall a great property!

Cozy spot for family

2 bedroom condo with enough beds for myself, husband and 4 children. The location was across the street from the beach, we chose to drive but you could walk. In walking distance of a food joint and ice cream. The kids liked the pool access while my husband was over the moon with the sauna. The check in was easy and whom assisted, I want to say Mary, was an absolute delight. Parking wasn't terrible, plentiful though tight. The security guard was a bit unsettling with how much he was around my teenagers, at every turn, both in and out of the building, but I'm sure he had a job to do. The instructions sent were clear, and the cleanliness was impressive. If we could swing another family vacay, we'd likely return!

Beautiful,Great Location

We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter's sweet 16! The condo was spacious and laid out perfectly to allow adults and kids have their own space plus time together. Location was perfect...walled to beach every day, food, shopping and entertainment close...could walk on most

Incredible clean!! From the unit to room.

The room was incredibly clean. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and two teens. No iron, ironing board, or hair dryer. Other than that….excellent experience!

Nice little condo

Easy check on. Keyless entry is good. Unit did not have much in the kitchen. (dish cloth, pot scrubbe only 2 knives). Hard to figure out how to operate TV in living room. Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Bay view could not be enjoyed. The window to see it is too high when seated. Balcony faces a parking lot.
