Watch the sunrise over the ocean from this unit's private balcony! The spacious living area will comfortably accommodate a family of 8. Enter through the den with sleeper sofa into the well-equipped kitchen with table seating for 4 as well as 4 counter stools and living room with an additional sleeper sofa and ocean front balcony. The 2 large bedrooms are separated by the 2 full bathrooms and laundry. The Sea Terrace building offers heated outdoor pool multiple elevators and just steps from having your toes in the sand.

* As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries!

* All of Coastal Resort`s vacation rental properties require Guests to provide personal linens (such as sheets towels and pillowcases). For your convenience we would be happy to offer a linen rental package at an additional cost. This package includes sheet sets and towel sets for the maximum occupancy.
