This gorgeous 4 bedroom townhome is conveniently located on the bayside, just 2 blocks from the beach. This property is beautifully appointed with flat screen tvs, cable, free WiFi, a state-of-the-art stereo system with Bluetooth capability, and luxurious furnishings and décor. All bedrooms are appointed with high-end mattresses, so you can enjoy a great night's sleep. Savor your water view while you sip your coffee in the kitchen or numerous balconies. You will be within walking distance of various rental watersports, mini-golf, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. This wonderful community offers a community pool and complementary access to the bay for fishing or crabbing. Three private parking spaces are available with additional on-street parking.

All summer rentals are booked on a weekly basis with Saturday check-in dates. Off-season rentals have a 3 night minimum. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, and staying on the premises during the rental period. No toiletries are included in the rental.
