The Space:

Enjoy having your own balcony with canal views, updated flooring in kitchen, hall, and bathrooms; bathroom vanities, sofa bed and chair, and paint throughout the condo, new sliding glass doors, a repainted balcony with new furniture and front storm door, and access to a community outdoor pool. The kitchen has modern appliances and cookware–no matter your skill levels, you will have all you need to whip up the most delicious meals.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great place for a getaway or vacation
Decent place to stay, could use a deep clean but I'm a neat freak. Things a lil outdated but overall quiet nice location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.
