I was disappointed with my recent stay. Upon arrival, the room was uncomfortably warm, and after multiple attempts the thermostat could not be adjusted.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was below expectations - there were visible stains in the bathroom, on the carpet and on the box springs.
Another major concern was the inconsistency in the hotels communcation regarding amenities. The flyer provided at check-in listed operating hours for various facilities, but when we brought our son to the ice rink on Sunday, we were informed that it closed three hours earlier that stated. When we asked staff about the discrepancy, there was little concern or explanation, and no effort was made to resolve the issue.
Overall, the lack of attention to both room quality and guest service left us disappointed, and we do not plan to stay here again.
