Sandpiper Dunes 113 is an ocean view condominium located in an ocean front building. This is a corner unit with windows facing North and West, providing lots of natural light. Located on the first floor, there is no need to wait for an elevator and is perfect for those not able to do steps and families with small children. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a quiet entry to the beach in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

Sandpiper Dunes 113 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals, as the owners have continually upgraded the unit. The coastal living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a starfish-covered arm chair, ceiling fan and a flat-screen television. The larger couch doubles as a full-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for delicious meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the attractive, modern, fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The balcony contains new and durable furniture, allowing you to catch the ocean breezes at any time of day or night. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen television, private bathroom and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two double beds, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family! All flooring is recently updated with laminate or carpet.

the livingroom area could have been cleaned better, dirty rug and food under coffee table,otherwise very nice

Horrible

First the "king" sized bed is NOT a king at all.Its old and wore out and you can feel all the springs in it.My husband and I were waking up every hour in pain from the bed and from not fitting on it.We called and the manager just keep saying im the middle man and that the owner insisted it was new and a king.We own a king and that was not a king at all and if we had known that we wouldnt have rented there, as I am pregnant and needed the room.Our friends hated the other beds and said they are both super hard. Both bathrooms had peoples hair all in them when we arrived which is just gross.The couch and love seat both are old and need replaced asap.You will sink in them and again you can feel and hear the springs creaking. And if you look over the balcony you will see tons of cigarette butts all over the place which is nasty since its non smoking.Oh, the owner did give us a $100 credit so we could go buy a air mattress to sleep on.
