The bedroom features a queen bed and a Smart TV, while the living room includes a full pull-out sofa and another Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies (with your login credentials). Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi, and the convenience of a washer and dryer in the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, including a microwave and coffee pot, so you can prepare meals with ease. Relax on the balcony with your favorite drink while soaking in the stunning ocean and boardwalk views. This condo is located on the 5th floor with access to an elevator and you have one assigned parking space. *Indoor pool that is open from May till October, from 10 am to 9 pm. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
*Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
