Great location! Just a few steps from the boardwalk and beach. Pool area was very nice with tables, lounges and umbrellas. Washrooms in need of updating. Very old, with low water pressure and poor drainage in shower and sink. Overall good value for the price!

This was a great property to stay with my family. Super conveniently located a block away from the beach at the beginning of the boardwalk. Just a few minutes walk to Jolly Rogers amusement park. There was free parking on premise. Free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Ocean City highly recommend. 10/10

Great hotel at a great price! Retro but updated and clean! Short walk to the beach near outdoor restrooms and hotel also has an outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off sand. Short walk to 7-11 and Dunkin Donuts as well as water park and Jolly Roger’s 30 th st and a pancake house

The staff were very helpful, nice and responsive. The battery on the thermostat stopped working around midnight one night and the room got very stuffy. I called the front desk and they sent someone right up to fix it. Housekeeping brought us plenty of fresh towels every day. I liked how close we were to the beach and the end of the boardwalk. Great location and plenty of parking. We will stay there again.

Staff was great, very helpful. Property was mostly clean. The curtains in the bedroom could be cleaned and some of the sheets had a stain on them. Parking was available. Close location to the beach and only a block from the bus made it easy to get around.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. For whatever reason though, our room (#112) had lots of flies in it? We spent a bunch of time just trying to kill them so they wouldn't bother us at night. Haven't had this problem at other hotels in OC. Very convenient location near the beach and at the end of the boardwalk.

Great staff. The room was okay for our two day stay. You could see under the door though so a new seal needs to be added. The location felt safe and parking was easy. Short walk to the beach. The pool looked great. We never had the chance to swim in it. Definitely quieter at the end of the boardwalk and way less crowds.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We were able to check in a little early with no issues. The staff was wonderful.. there was a problem with the ac and they came and fixed it right away. The Dunes is right off the boardwalk and close to grab a bus and go down town. Plenty of room to park. We will definitely be back.
