Room was clean. bathroom was clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Its located on the quiet end of the boardwalk so you have to walk to get to food and shopping but that was what we like. I would definitely recommend it if your looking for a middle of the line hotel.

Dunes Suites is great. Staff is excellent, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Place is also conveniently located at the end of the boardwalk. Close enough but no foot traffic to bother you. Right on the beach

We enjoyed the location of the hotel as well as the ocean view room. The fully equipped kitchen was an attractive asset. It was quiet and very convenient to the beach. The only unfavorable thing it wasn’t a smoke free hotel. Otherwise Dunes Hotel is a well maintained aging gem of OC.

The Oceanfront view is beautiful. We got to watch the sunrise and take some beautiful pictures. The room is spacious and comfortable. One issue that could be major to some, maybe minor to others, is the TV brightness is starting to go in Room 2306. Otherwise a great stay and very good location. Still recommend this hotel.

Nice suite, although advertise queen beds and they are doubles. Ocean front, beautiful. Would definitely stay again. Easy beach access. Bathroom is small but you have everything you need.

We've stayed here in the past and it's a great little hotel. We have two littles and staying at the very beginning of the boardwalk was perfect for us. Beach is quiet down there. Rooms are clean and kept up. Def recommend if looking for something simple towards the beginning of the boardwalk but close to a lot for walking as well.
