EXCLUSIVE 100-ft Oceanfront Balcony -- 3 Bed/2.5 Bath End-Unit Condo @ Sea Watch

Exclusive 3-bedroom/2.5 bath end-unit condo on the 7th floor of the famous Sea Watch condominium building on 115th Street.

EVERY room has sliding glass door access to the 100+ foot long oceanfront balcony (YES....100 feet long -- it's AMAZING!!).

Unit is completely re-modeled with tile floors, state-of-the-art kitchen, open floor plan, new furniture, TVs in every room, two sleeper sofas, electric fireplace, and a large set of patio furniture (adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and tables).

This one-of-a-kind unit has a 3-sided balcony -- north, south & longest oceanfront balcony in Ocean City. Master bedroom is the corner room with two sets of sliding glass doors providing access to the oceanfront & north-facing balconies. Unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, and high-speed WiFi.

In addition, the Sea Watch building has EVERYTHING: two pools (indoor & outdoor), fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, arcade/game-room, billiards room, snack shop, and private cinema in the building <-- super COOL!!

The building also has a large parking garage onsite. During May thru October there is a one-time $65 fee per vehicle to utilize the garage for your stay.

Condo is in great location for the off-season activities:
• Near the Ocean City Winterfest of Lights.
• Sea Watch is in the middle of the Ocean City Christmas Parade route.
•. Close to the Convention Center and Performing Arts Center with on-going performances.
•. Watch the off-season parades/events curbside: Classic Car Shows, BikeFest, St Patrick’s Day events, etc.
•. Near the best restaurants that are open year-around: Liquid Assets, Saltwater75, Nantucket’s, RopeWalk, Tailchasers, etc.

This is the BEST Ocean City has to offer. Near everything.....shopping, restaurants, activities, etc.

Winter Vacation Stay

This was an excellent trip to come to the beach in December. The place was immaculate, and the views were stunning all the way around the unit. It was great to wake up and watch the sunrise every morning. Jack was awesome and very responsive and helped us extend our stay. Beautiful condo with the best ocean view. SeaWatch has all the amenities and is perfexg for families with young kids. The property owner is great go work with and has always been helpful and accommodating. We love coming here and we will be back!

Beautiful, modern woth spectacular view!

We traveled with family for Thanksgiving week. There were 18 of us, spread throughout multiple condos in the same building. Some of us rented larger units because they needed more bedrooms for grandparents & children, but everyone ended up in our unit because it was just so beautiful! The huge balcony truly is spectacular. Communication with the owner was easy, and he checked in with us during our stay to make sure that everything was satisfactory. If we go to Ocean City again for Thanksgiving, we will definitely try to stay in this unit again.

Perfect vacation!

This wasn’t far the best condo we have ever stayed at in Ocean City. The unit had everything we needed and the beach chairs and toys came in so handy. The unit is decorated beautifully and the huge ocean front balcony was our favorite part. The owner couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating, checking in on us after our arrival and check out to see how everything went with our stay!!

An absolutely lovely stay. The unit has spectacular views, tons of amenities for kids and adults. Even for a winter getaway it was a great stay. Jack was easy to communicate with and the check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend.

The unit was decorated beautifully and had everything you would need available. Beds were comfortable, very clean huge unit and it had an unbelievable balcony. WOW, is this place nice! After seeing pictures and reading the reviews, I had high hopes for this location. I was NOT disappointed. Everything was advertised including the comments about the owner being so responsive. Anyone staying here will have a great trip full of memories.
