Gorgeous 5 Star! Oceanblock Midtown condo directly Across from Convention Center

Thank you for taking interest in our beautiful fully remodeled one bedroom, one bath condo that is just a few steps away from the beach! It is walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, crab houses, deli's, sub shops and lots of bars. We are directly across the street from the Convention Center which is great if you have an event there but even better for us sun worshippers because our beach is never super crowded!

With amenities like a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, 2 large Flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, poly deck set and off-street parking available for one car, who wouldn't want to vacation here!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with one parking space (additional public parking out front of condo
2. We do not rent to high school seniors or parents booking for their children
3. This is NO smoking permitted of any kind in the condo
4. Per Condo rules there are no pets allowed
5. We do not supply sheets and towels.
6. Please bring all of your own toiletries

Lobo Shack

Gina was a wonderful host! The condo was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The condo was steps from the beach in a wonderful location. We were very satisfied and would love to come back!

Awesome trip!

The location of this condo was perfect for my family with 2 small children. It was quiet, the beach was a few steps away, and it was a quick drive to the boardwalk and busier area of the City. You can also walk to a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. Gina checked in with us throughout the stay which we really appreciated!

Great stay in OC

We were in town for the Oceans Calling festival. Gina's place is exactly as described. Very clean and within walki g distance to some good restaurants and bars. In fact we walked to the inlet two times during our stay with no issues. Definitely would book here again!!

So convenient

We had a wonderful experience here. The best part was the place is steps from the beach, which really helped with our two little kids. The place was very clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. The owner Gina was also very communicative and she let us use her beach chairs :) We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

My husband and I had a nice relaxing stay at Gina’s place. It was was perfect for our little getaway and had all the amenities we needed and in a great location. Steps away from the beach and walking distance to all the top bars. The place was spotless and had adorable beach decor. Gina is a wonderful host and was reachable anytime we needed her. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The condo was very clean upon check in and the smell was amazing (I could not figure out what smelled so good). From the decor to the comfort to the fully stocked kitchen, everything was top notch. There were tv’s in the living and bedroom. The walk in shower and double shower heads were amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

A hidden gem

We had a great time over the 4th of July week. The listing is exactly how it looks online and the location was perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was clean and so comfortable for our family of 3. Our teen son appreciated the pull out couch and not having to share a room with his parents ;). We would definitely return. Amazing getaway condo!

We had an incredible experience from beginning to end with Gina and her gorgeous condo! Highly recommend this rental for a quick weekend getaway or even an extended stay, on or off season. All amenities were clean, and the nicely upgraded space felt like a home away from home. The location was perfectly situated, steps away from the beach and close to everything you would need. Even in the ‘off season’ we found some great restaurants- we recommend ordering from liquid assets (mussels are a must have!) or 45th Street Taphouse Bar & Grille (the fish IN chips were amazing never mind the delicious wings!). Thank you Gina, we will be back!!

Oceanblock Midtown condo

I'm happy to confirm that this condo is clean, remodeled, and with all the necessary amenities, across from Convention Center and within a very short walk to the beach. The washer and dryer set need repair/replacement. Everything else is top notch. Giving it a five-star rating overall and would definitely recommend it to others who consider visiting OC.

LoBo Shack

More like the Love Shack! I have been going to OCMD for over 25 years and this was 100% the BEST experience I have ever had. My husband and I stayed with four teenagers. We were all comfortable and had NO issues. I am very picky about how rentals look...I will pay extra for clean and neat decor. This unit did not disappoint! Besides the unit itself, the owner...let me tell you - It is rare these days to come across such kind, compassionate and honest people. Dealing with Gina was like dealing with family! Communication was immediate and accurate. I can't say enough about the Lobo Shack...much to my husband's dismay...as he wanted to keep it our little secret! Can't wait to head on down to the Lobo Shack again, SOON!

Great vaca!

I walked in and was immediately impressed. So cute and cozy. I love the attention to detail. I never stayed in OCMD and was able to walk right to the beach. It was fantastic. Gina was so sweet and checked in to make sure everything was good. We had a great mini vaca away from home. Thank you for sharing the LOBOSHACK with us and we will hopefully see you again soon.

We had such a wonderful stay! Our host, Gina, was truly exceptional—so thoughtful and accommodating, and she went above and beyond to make sure our trip was smooth and stress-free. Great Stay for a Beach Getaway

The condo was amazing! It had all of the amenities you could ask for and the location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything Ocean City has to offer and just steps to the sand from the front door. Parking was easy located right next to the building and there’s a variety of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and look forward to booking for my next trip to the beach
