Very nice place with a great location. The only downside is that there is no elevator, which can be difficult if you have heavy luggage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed in July and it was super hot. The air conditioning couldn't keep up, it was alittle warm in our room. We will definitely be staying again but bringing a fan, just in case.

It was 6 of us in the room and there were only 5 pillows, 3 plates, and not enough blankets, which we got some more blankets the next day but the staff shared that there were no more pillows. Staff were friendly and the room was clean.

First off shout out to the housekeeping staff for the very clean rooms. We stayed 4 nights. I loved how it has a kitchenette so we could save a bit of money and do lunch in the room. Enjoyed the balcony. The beach was steps away. The boardwalk you would have to drive too or they have a ride all day option the a bus at $4 A person which i would recommend. Pool looked great and refreshing, although we did not have time to use it. (We really love the ocean) The beds are very comfortable. Was a great price for what we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Kokomo is a steady location when visiting OCMD. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly. The pool is a wonderful amenity and there is usually plenty of parking for all guests. I do not love the full size beds, but are ok in a pinch. My biggest complaint is that there isn't an ice machine available to guests. You can ask the desk for some, but it isnt very convenient to go all the way there, especially when on the third floor.

I liked that the property was close to the beach and had a great pool and a kitchenette. The only main complaint that I have is that when my husband wanted to relax and watch sports on tv, the channels were freezing. We couldn't get any good channels to work.

This is the first time staying in a hotel while visiting Ocean City. I road by this place in travel. This was a last minute visit and everything worked out fine- pool right at your back door- great breakfast diner across the street- working kitchenette- the visit was great. Will recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was large and clean. Staff were kind and helpful. The hotel has a diner that is open late and welcomes kids. Late night dining with kids can be a challenge in OC at times. We loved that they let us in our room and early and even earlier than that they let us park and gave us pool access. Location is great. We were able to do a late checkout for a small fee ($15).This hotel does have some very steep stairs and can be a little confusing to navigate. There is no elevators so if you have any mobility issues let them know at booking. Property is older but many areas updated. Lots of light and some noise from Coastal HWY so if you are sensitive to those things come prepared with eye mask and ear plugs.

Location to beach was good. The 1 bedroom is literally just one room with beds in it like a studio. Floors very dirty and our room had the flooring coming up which could cut your foot. No hair dryer or microwave in room like stated however they did bring a microwave when we asked for one. Pool was nice but very busy and not many pool chairs. Room did have kitchenette but if you plan on cooking take pots/pans cause there was only one and no utensils.

Very nice people run Kokomo! Rooms are nice and colorful. I was pleased with my stay last summer. My room had a recently remolded bathroom which was very nice with tile and walk in shower! Plenty of parking. Nice and safe short walk to beach and a beer and deli across the highway. I plan to stay there again. I also added at night into my stay and they didn’t give me any trouble with changing rooms! Thank you Kokomo!

i liked the pool and the staff would come everyday and asked if we needed towels. the only thing i didn’t like was people next to us were up all night on the balcony singing very loud waking people up. didn’t think that should be allowed . staff employees should of stopped it.

The room appeared clean and well maintained. My only complaint regarding the rooms is that no hand soap was provided in the bathroom. Overall, our stay went smoothly. Before arriving, keep in mind that the hotel requests a $150 deposit, as I was unaware of this prior to my stay.

The outdoor pool in the pictures was taken at an angle that misrepresented the size, BUT it was big, just not as big as the picture shows. There was not enough umbrellas(only 2) and people would go into the pool while the crew was cleaning it to claim their spots and then leave. You had to go to the office to get ice from them, which was inconvenient. The cleaning staff were friendly and kind, unfortunately our room was always handy. Thwy did not vacuum. I think they jist wet mopped the floor which just pushed the sand around. Walk to tje beach was easy and convenient. Parking g was not fantastic.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Our TV kept disconnecting from their network so we had to make several calls to have it fixed. Our bathroom door would not close unless it was slammed hard. Paint was peeling off the walls in parts of the room. Parking was adequate. Loved that the beach was within walking distance. Pool area had plenty of seats. Pool was big and clean. Kitchenette could use some updates. Microwave was old, peeling, and did not seal when closed. Dishes were no cleaned. Coffee pot was stuck to the base.
