This was a last minute booking for us mid September. It is so close to the water, the pool was still available, the restaurant had such a good breakfast a very reasonable prices .. front office staff were very quick with check-in and friendly . My family would definitely stay here again

I had the BEST time at Kokomo suites! The front desk staff was so welcoming, kind, and professional! My room was so cute and there were so many amenities including a STOVE and a door out to the pool featuring 2 chairs! The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the location was so close to so much of OC. Highly recommend and Im already planning my return visit!

Very nice place with a great location. The only downside is that there is no elevator, which can be difficult if you have heavy luggage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed in July and it was super hot. The air conditioning couldn't keep up, it was alittle warm in our room. We will definitely be staying again but bringing a fan, just in case.

It was 6 of us in the room and there were only 5 pillows, 3 plates, and not enough blankets, which we got some more blankets the next day but the staff shared that there were no more pillows. Staff were friendly and the room was clean.

The rooms were nice but the ac was by the front door and did not cool the room Sufficiently. It was uncomfortable for sleeping. Steep steps are a challenge if walking is hard for you. The pool was nice, clean .

First off shout out to the housekeeping staff for the very clean rooms. We stayed 4 nights. I loved how it has a kitchenette so we could save a bit of money and do lunch in the room. Enjoyed the balcony. The beach was steps away. The boardwalk you would have to drive too or they have a ride all day option the a bus at $4 A person which i would recommend. Pool looked great and refreshing, although we did not have time to use it. (We really love the ocean) The beds are very comfortable. Was a great price for what we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Kokomo is a steady location when visiting OCMD. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly. The pool is a wonderful amenity and there is usually plenty of parking for all guests. I do not love the full size beds, but are ok in a pinch. My biggest complaint is that there isn't an ice machine available to guests. You can ask the desk for some, but it isnt very convenient to go all the way there, especially when on the third floor.

Internet didn’t work anywhere but office. Tv froze all the time and the furniture was beaten up. But they cleaned property twice a day and the pool everyday. Beds sucked maybe the size of small double. Air conditioners were in bad spot hard to cool room properly.

It was pretty decent for what it is- a budget friendly option for lodging. The doors all stick closed so you have to throw your weight into them. Our room was clean and worked for our stay for 3 nights.

Well worth the money. My only minor complaints are the shower door was leaking when taking a shower so the floor had puddles with even having a towel on the outside. And a channel guide would have been nice. I will definitely stay here again. The 3 min walk to the beach was also very nice.

I liked that the property was close to the beach and had a great pool and a kitchenette. The only main complaint that I have is that when my husband wanted to relax and watch sports on tv, the channels were freezing. We couldn't get any good channels to work.

This place has a lot of character. Certainly a lot of color! Good for photo ops. The patio was very relaxing and it is fun seeing everyone outside at night. The pool area was great. Close to beach, late night deli, and a cute surf shop. The diner wasn’t too bad either!

This is the first time staying in a hotel while visiting Ocean City. I road by this place in travel. This was a last minute visit and everything worked out fine- pool right at your back door- great breakfast diner across the street- working kitchenette- the visit was great. Will recommend
