Balmoral 117A is a laid-back, first floor condominium located on the bayside. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony that is ideal for relaxing. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Balmoral 117A is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

This condo is built for easy relaxation, seated across the street from a small park. The living room is furnished with a pea green couch, leather recliner, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding balcony doors bathe the space in natural light. Right beside the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The second bedroom has queen-size bed and flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed and flat-screen TV, perfect for kids. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!
