Take a leisurely stroll to the beach, or rent a bike from a block away. Fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan, several comfy spaces to relax and unwind. Beyond beaching or lying poolside there are so many places within walking distance like Thunder Lagoon Water Park, Mini Golf and More!

The Space:
This home is located uptown on 142nd street

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Memorial Day weekend getaway

Perfect stay for a weekend getaway. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. Nice open communal space with a very well equipped kitchen and big fridge. Bedrooms are nice as well. Very communicative and friendly host. Would stay here again! Tip: get the donuts from the convenience store right across the street :)
