Rare 3 Night Minimum Find! This convenient midtown condo with an outdoor pool is just a few blocks away from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is just a few blocks north of the boardwalk and a few minute walk to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, jet ski rentals, charter fishing, mini golf, restaurants and multiple crab houses. When vacationing here, you'll also enjoy high speed internet/wifi, a smart TV in the living room and bedroom where you can login to your favorite streaming services with your own credentials, central AC and a washer and dryer in the condo. Great, prime vacation location with 2 parking spots! The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a pull out sleep chair and the living room has a queen sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 5 people comfortably. Perfectly located condo is also close to Coconuts, Barn 34, Shotti's Point and Sandbar Karaoke Bar. *Please note this condo is on the 3rd floor and the building does not have an elevator. The pool is open seasonally, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillow case for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Linens for this unit will cost $95.00. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.

Cozy & Clean

This is a wonderful place to stay. The A/C works great. It was very clean. Has everything in the kitchen you can think of. Bed and pull out bed are very comfortable. Nice and relaxing balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. And it was only a short walk to the beach!
