The condo was small, but it’s still accommodated my family of eight and we were right next to the pool, which was great for the kids anytime we needed something. We just called the Hotel and it was brought over in a reasonable amount of time or we could pick it up later. Staff were very friendly.

Good location. Clean. Everything was as expected based on price. Parking could have been better. Suites had 8 rooms and 8 parking spaces, however, guest from the hotel were allowed to park in the suites, so we had to find street parking.

Old building that was cheaply updated. Room was clean. Luggage cart had flat tires. Ice bucket provided, but no ice machine on premises. You have to walk across the street and up to the third floor of the hotel for ice. Very inconveniant. Beds uncomfortable.

OK Stay - Won't Do It Again

This "condo" appears to be an apartment that was converted to a "2 bedroom" vacation condo. The layout is weird. You walk in to a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a TV, and a dresser. A kitchenette is attached, which has a fridge, a sink, a stove top, and a few cupboards. There is a large bathroom across from the kitchen area. After you pass through the kitchen, you walk into a large room with a king bed, no closet, and no drawers. There is a tiny space separated from the king bed by a half wall, which has a small table and a small pull out sofa. Positives: Mattresses, sheets and pillows were clean and comfy; balcony was really big; dog-friendly; close to Boardwalk; bathroom was big and well-stocked; pool was nice but freezing cold. Negatives: Fridge was dirty, as were many of the dishes; wi-fi was non-existent even though they kept promising to fix it; the kitchen had no counter space to do anything; there was no table to eat at or play games; floors were filthy; balcony had bird poop all over; too few accessible outlets for plugs; no privacy between the balcony and the balcony door in the first bedroom (we had to tape paper over the glass); luggage cart wheels were flat; and you had to body-slam the main door (which was filthy) to get it to open or close.

The room was clean; however the balcony was disgusting. It was covered with pigeon feces and an opening in the ceiling was where many roosted overnight. The door was difficult to open due to rusting and an open area to the outside. The stair door for exit outside the room would not close and the wind caused havoc all night as wind was 27 mi per hour. The indoor pool was not heated and the weather was very cool. I have photos of these complaints.

Could definitely tell we were put into a “pet friendly” room. The comforter on the beds were covered in pet hair as well as the corners of the room. The kitchen area smelled of urine and could certainly use some updating. The pool located at the condos was not the cleanest. The staff was awesome & very accommodating!

Stinky nightmare

My stay at this outdated condo was a disappointment from start to finish. The interior was a time capsule of tacky décor and faded furnishings, as if it hadn't been updated in years. The carpet felt sticky underfoot, and the furniture looked like rejects from a garage sale. The overall lack of maintenance was astounding. Save yourself the agony and avoid this relic at all costs.

Well the condo is listed as 2 king bed, 2 double bed and 2 sofa beds. The 2 king bed weren't king, queen was the correct size of those beds that's was disappointed because was the main reason we choose your hotel me and my son we are 6'3" tall so we need leg room on the bed extra, plus couple of the furniture was half way fix look like chairs got broken in the past and fixed with needles but were so cricket that we didn't attempt to sit on them. What you could done differently; make sure to listed the correct sizes of your beds, change that broken furniture in stead to half fixed.

Mushroom Room

The overall stay was not the wrost but definitely not the best. We arrived checked in got into our room and at first glance looked clean. We had arrived at night so didnt get to see much till morning. Woke up and realized it wasn't the room that was booked in the pictures online. As I walked around there were broken blinds, stains on the curtains and pull out sofa. But the wrost was when you went to the balcony and all the bird poop that was there. As well as around the pool area when I took my 3 children to swim. it was everywhere. On the last day I clean up sweep and vacuum and in the process found mushrooms growing in our room!!! Coming up from underneath the carpet and some growing out the corner of the wall. I would never come back with my family and would definitely NEVER recommend anyone to stay there.

Booked a condo with a kitchen and was never informed by the property that they had double booked me and decided to put me in a boardwalk room that was a quarter of the size of the room i had originally booked. I even called a couple days before to confirm reservation. The room smelled musty. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, mold growing on the ceiling. The door handle on the entrance from the boardwalk was broken and only worked occasionally. Staff did not seem to care about the inconvenience. Pools are tiny. Parking arrangements are a joke. Overall very disappointed.

What a disappointment this Condo rental was. The first room they attempted to give us had an awful stench coming from it. The fridge was disgusting, with onion peels in crisper, brown stuff on the bottom on the crispers. Cabinets had crumbs and hair every where. End table had cup marks on it like it wasn’t wiped down. Microwave had finger prints still on it. I went to front desk and they walked me over to a different condo. Which didn’t have a nasty smell, dirty fridge or cabinets etc. However - after settling in later that evening my children walked with no shoes and their socks were covered with black soot. They took them off played barefoot and their feet had layers black on them. The floors were completely filthy like they have never been mopped! We also noticed when trying to use the stove top the knobs were not on correct. A complete safety hazard! There was a constant leak on the porch leaving the area wet all day every day from the air conditioner. As well as the porch above us dripping down on us from their A/C. I contacted the office many times about our concerns. NOTHING was done as far as compensating us for this disaster of a room and situation! I would never recommend this place to anyone. The pictures do not show the truth of their condos. They are dated and gross. They also do not provide parking WITHOUT a fee for an additional car. When they have rooms that fit more than one family!

Nous avons bien aimé notre expérience au Monte Carlo Condos, la réception de l'hôtel nous a bien accueilli et nous as remis nos cartes pour nos chambres et nous a fourni l'information nécessaire pour notre séjour ainsi que pour le stationnement. Nous avons eu accès aux installations de l'hôtel, lobby, piscine, toilettes et douche, ce fût un plus pour nos enfants étant donné que la piscine du bâtiment condos où nous nous sommes hébergé, était salle et en mauvais état malheureusement. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, très propre et accueillant, tout était à notre dispositions, la seule chose qui a été un peu négatif pour nous c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de table à manger à l'intérieur de la chambre seulement à l'extérieur sur le balcon. L'emplacement est parfait, les condos sont à 3 minutes de marche du boardwalk ce qui est super. Le seul point à améliorer selon nous; surtout pour les familles avec jeunes enfants, serait un meilleur entretien de la piscine. Nous le recommandons certainement, ce fût un agréables séjour au condos Monte Carlo, Ocean City.

Would stay again

Front desk staff was overwhelmed during our check in.. Phone was ringing off the hook and she was the only one there. Booked a suite so our party had more than 1 vehicle. They would only authorized one parking pass but ensured that if we wrote down the license plate number of the car without the pass it would be fine to be parked on property. Night shift had the car towed. Dayshift manager was very nice and apologetic about the incident and refunded the amount required to get the car out of impound onto my credit card so that it didn’t cost us anything extra. Room was spacious and cleaner than most beach hotels. Overall was happy with our stay. Would stay again.
