After Holiday Getaway

This property is beautiful…great views of the ocean and decorated to reflect the sand and surf that surrounds you in Ocean City. The kitchen was full equipped…even had wine opener which we forgot…bed was super comfortable and there are plenty of pillows provided. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property for a couple, a gal getaway, or a small family vacation. It is centrally located to Ocean City attractions and restaurants as well as the Delaware beaches…loved our stay…thanks for the great memories!!Wende & Ken

Nice Place/Minor Issues

The communication with the owner was good. No real issues as we were told to tell them of any issues we had upon arrival. There were minor concerns like dryer cover not attached, ac covers on the ground from the ceiling, dent in wall and stain on rug. We had to pay $75 for use of our parking space which was always taken by others staying there. We had advised the security and they were advised they would tow but never did. We were only able to park in our actual spot for 1 of the days. The place was nice otherwise and convenient to the beach. The pool was clean and no other issues.

Beautiful condo in an excellent location

The condo was clean with all of the amenities we needed for the week. Check in was simple, the building was well maintained and was within a short walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves.

We had a great stay except for the sudden cold weather. Our unlucky timing. The condo was very well stocked and spacious. The only thing missing was an ice cream scoop but we found something to use. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Parking was very easy and very short walk from building to beach.

The condo was immaculately, cleaned, and beautiful, and very comfortable on the inside. The check-in process was simple and easy. The condo was stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed, and then some the beach views were stunning. It was cold and rainy during our stay and it simply did not matter because the condo was so perfect. We will definitely be back.

Great great location. Beautiful condo. Warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed the layout and the community where the condo is located as well. Sometimes when you VRBO, the community is challenged by your presence. Not here. Everyone was helpful and even looked out for us when we looked lost or in need of something. Great choice! Nikema

This condo was exactly what we were expecting. It was clean, beautiful, and spacious. The check in process was simple and smooth. Go in the front, pay the security guard, get your parking pass, easy. We only experienced one issue and this was unrelated to the host or condo itself. The parking was a bit of a hassle. We were assigned a spot but only were able to park in that spot for 1 day because someone else was always in our spot. We came out one morning and had a tow warning left on our windshield, so we did have to go check with the security guard daily to see where we needed to go park. Maybe as a suggestion, the parking lot could have a few blank or unassigned spots so if someone's spot is taken they are able to use those miscellaneous spots as needed. Overall, we did not let rhat hinder us from having a good time. We would definitely stay here again!
