Ocean and Bay views with a pool
You've found your yearly vacation destination! This 3-bed, 2-bath home sits oceanside, with views from the spacious deck of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay. Guests will have access to the condo building's own pool, an elevator, and two assigned parking spots. Guests will sleep in a king bed, a queen bed, and two twins. There's also a trundle bed and pack 'n play for kids. Look no further - this is it!
Primary renter must be age 25+. This rental is not ideal for Senior Week stays.
Located on 79th Street oceanside.
Since there's a nature preserve on the opposite side of Coastal Highway, there aren't as many residential areas in the immediate area and our stretch of beach doesn't get quite as crowded as others in OC.
We're steps away from the beach (no need to cross Coastal Highway). You can walk to many restaurants, shops, and things to do.
Just in time for the 2026 season: The primary suite has been redone, with fresh new flooring, a new spacious shower, and new tile throughout.
This comfortably-appointed third floor condo has:
-Plenty of space for a max of 6 adults (and two small children, for a total of 8 people) - please no more than 6 adults
-A private pool for use by condo residents and guests (note that the pool is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend)
-A spacious deck with unbelievable views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Isle of Wight Bay
-Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, featuring a primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two twins (and a third twin trundle bed)
-Free assigned parking for two standard size vehicles
-A well-appointed kitchen with all standard appliances
-Private washer and dryer
-Dining with space for 6
-Fireplace
-All linens and towels provided
-Starter pack of supplies and amenities for guests
-Close to many OC attractions
-Half a block to the beach
We’ll follow up with a short online registration once you book. It’s fast, simple, and helps us prepare for your visit. Non-Airbnb guests will be asked to pay a small damage waiver OR refundable deposit.
For extra flexibility, consider adding trip insurance for a nominal fee. It can cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
