Sandy Toes is located on a quiet ocean block street only steps from the beach. All units are brightly decorated. These units are very spacious and perfect for large family and friend groups! There is a private parking lot for guests and additional street parking.

Our property is comprised of 3 identical units and located less than 3 blocks
(.5 mi) from the Roland E. Powell Convention Center. 1 mile north of the bustling boardwalk.

The Space:
Each Sandy Toes unit is comfortable and inviting decorated in bright beach tones creating a cozy space for friends and family. There are 3 units total at Sandy Toes. Each has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV's and HULU with HULU LIVE that gives you access to 60 channels live as they air, along with on-demand content.

The living room is spacious with 2 sofas, cushy club chairs and a multi game tabletop arcade! There are many large windows letting in an abundance of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances. All units are stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards etc. There is a microwave, toaster oven and traditional drip coffee maker. Plenty of space to prepare and enjoy meals together at the large kitchen table.

The unit is stocked with dish soap, hand soap and enough paper products to get you started. Depending on your length of stay you will need to supply additional paper products.

All bedding and bath towels are included. Don’t forget to bring beach chairs and an umbrella!

The beach is only steps from our property...easy access for families. An outdoor shower is located out front and bins are located along the side of the building for sandy beach chairs and toys.

Guest Access:
Each unit is equipped with keyless entry. A pin will be sent before your stay. This allows you to go straight to your rental without having to stop at another location to pick up keys.

Getting Around:
Ocean City is easily drivable. Depending on your destination it is also easy to get around on foot. There is also a beach bus that runs from 6am-1am with stops approximately every 15 minutes. It is $3 for a Ride-All-Day pass. Please go to oceancitymd.gov for more details.

Guests must be 25+ to rent

Guests are expected to clean up after their pets and are responsible for bringing their own pet supplies (food, waste bags, etc).

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated

Early check-ins are not available June-August. Off season months depend upon availability and cannot be determined until the day of check in. We can not determine days prior to check in if housekeeping will have the unit ready earlier than 3pm.

LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. We provide enough TP (1 roll per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll) and trash bags (1 bag in bin and 1 back up bag) to get you started. Please bring your own supply to last your stay. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED
