Located Oceanfront on 78th Street, Ocean Village 007 is indeed a breath of fresh air - or salty, sweet Sea air, we should say! With Beach Access off your Oceanfront Porch and lovely Ocean Views from multiple levels, this awesome Townhome sleeps 8 without anyone ever feeling crowded!

Ocean Village 007 will comfortably accommodate 1 or 2 families sleeping up to 8 people in 3 beautifully appointed Bedrooms. With a wonderful Open Layout, you can spend time with those who matter most without ever feeling crowded. Park under the Carport, kick off your shoes, and let the fun begin! As you enter you will appreciate the convenient wash area, along with a Full Bath with Walk-in Shower, perfect for showering off from the Beach.This level is also home to Bedroom 3, which sleeps 4 with 2 Full beds.

As you wander up the steps to the Main Living Area, you'll absolutely love the beautiful Hardwood Floors and cool Coastal colors. Relax in the Living Area with an abundance of Natural Light, comfy Furnishings, Flat Screen TV, and Free WiFi. The Ocean Views, even from the sofas, are nothing short of breathtaking. You'll love relaxing on the huge Lower Deck while you listen - and watch - the waves crashing on the Beach. The Deck is furnished with a variety of seating options from a Large Dining table to a High Top Table, making it an awesome place to hang out any time of the day. From the Deck you can walk right on down to the Beach, and there is a convenient hose so you can easily rinse off after a day of fun in the sun!!

Just off the Living Area is the Well-Stocked Kitchen with Gleaming Countertops, Stainless Appliances, and a Breakfast Bar - the perfect place for a quick bite before hitting the Beach. For more formal meals, dine in the spacious Dining Area, or on the Deck Al-Fresco - talk about dining with a View! Just off the Dining Area, there are double doors leading to Bedroom 3 with 2 Full Beds. You will also find another Full Bath with a Walk in Shower as well as a convenient Washer and Dryer.

Strolling upstairs to the next floor, you'll find 2 more beautifully decorated Bedrooms and another Full Bath. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed as well as a Twin, incredible Ocean Views, and a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 2 is perfect for your special loved ones, sleeping 2 comfortably with 2, Twin Beds. There is also a Flat Screen Cable TV and a Private Balcony. The Full Bath in the Hall is shared between the 2 Bedrooms and has a Tub/Shower Combo.
