This traditional oceanfront beach condo is just steps away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. After taking in the sun and sand you can relax on the enclosed balcony and enjoy the perfect ocean view or take a dip in the beautiful shared pool. You will have all the conveniences of home such as a full kitchen and a private washer/dryer.

You will be within walking distance to The Sky Bar, Dead Freddies, and Fager's Island, all offering a delicious dining experience. For a little family fun, try one of the numerous miniature golf courses located all along Coastal Highway or take in a movie at the Fox Theater at Gold Coast Mall. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk features games, rides, and food for everyone. You might go shopping at the Tangier Outlets located in West Ocean City on Rt 50.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
