The Sandpiper Dunes in Ocean City is a uniquely designed building offering three floor plans and a location of your choice: oceanfront or oceanblock. All vacation rental units are equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and air-conditioning.

THINGS TO KNOW
All guests must be 25 years or over at this property.
Streaming services are provided using your own accounts.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited on balconies and in all common areas. Violators will be subject to a $200 fine after one warning.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Easter getaway

This property was easy enough to get to with great ocean views and easy beach access. Check in instructions and available amenities were a little unclear but still got it figured out. It was in a location where we could easily walk to restaurants for meals.

Great view of the ocean from its 8th floor balcony. Very comfortable bed. Reserved parking space. Has Wifi. Streaming TV only, no cable service. Building has 3 very quick elevators. Convenient location near the Rt 90 bridge.

Home away from home!

We had a fantastic stay at sandpiper dunes. Assigned parking was great. condo was very clean and felt so cozy and just like home. The view was incredible and the furniture was very comfortable. Did not want to leave! Location is fantastic. Clean refrigerator and appliances and bed was just right. Updated bathrooms and washer and dryer in the unit. Good water pressure. Will definitely be returning again soon!

Quiet and peaceful weekend

I had a great time, gorgeous place to sip tea and watch the sunrise. The place was really quiet and peaceful! Winter months, not many people on the beach. I visited for New Years, so several places to celebrate within walking distance. They had all the essential items and likely how I would set my rental up. With that, for additional cost and work they expect you to do before you leave a hotel may be better for a weekend stay depending on your situation. I would stay here again with a few easy updates I will send privately to company.

Excellent location. Very nice people there. For 2 was comfortabke. Was thinking of my Aunt and her friend joining us but onky 2 chairs on. balcony. And table. Be comfortable with 4 people i feel with more outdoor furniture. Overall we had an awesome 10 day stay there!! Will definitely stay ahain! 🏖☀️👍

Great Location and Cute

The building was great, loved the convenience of luggage carts provided. The unit was clean and bright, small enough for a small group, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Taking off 1 star for Corporate Vacasa staff being generally unhelpful when we had a problem with the water heater. The local response was much better, courteous and prompt, but to be fair it took an inordinate amount of effort and frustration to find a phone number in order to get in touch with them. Though this has nothing to do with the owner or unit, I still felt it should be mentioned.

Perfect spot

I have very mixed feedback. The location was fabulous! For the most part, it was a good experience. The dishes, utensils were not the cleanest. The bathrooms were extremely clean. There was sand on the floor around the table. The tv in the bedroom didn't work and when I reached out to Vacasa, the couldn't help but said someone would call and never did. The toaster oven didn't work so we had to use the oven. None of these are dealbreakers, but it definitely took away from the experience. I would possible, maybe stay again. But I would look around 1st probably.

Okay rental

View is very good. Cleaning could be better, mold in shower drain and in corners, lots of dust in bedroom surface and an old shirt and blankets on closet floor. Kitchen cabinet had old coffee dated expired in 2014 and few items that just needed thrown out or updated such as old stained potholders , same with toaster, simple inexpensive updates could be done to make it nicer. Inside of closets are dirty and with trashy looking things , just needed cleaned up some. Bedroom window is directly across from 3 elevators so probably gets noisy in busier months. Overall just a good cleaning out and a few updates would really help, the location was nice and the entire condo building seemed well taken care of. Directly across from Fager’s so that was nice also. Vacasa did a nice job with texting and communicating all of the check in info.

The location was excellent and so easy to access the beach. I loved that we were close enough to the boardwalk without being fully immersed at all time. The cleanliness needed some work, along with a few other items - such as a broken dishwasher that I was not informed of prior to the stay, or a fan clearly falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. We would stay there again if basic maintenance were performed and cleanliness improved.

Summer get away with friends

We loved waking up every morning to the sights and sounds of the Ocean. What a view!!!!! The location is perfect for parking and walking to all our favorite spots. The home is clean and pictures give a true sense of the unit. The pool was very refreshing and the building staff keep a tighty ship... We will defintiely book again....

We stayed here for the Endless Summer Cruisin Car show. We arrived late, and were unable to park our truck and trailer with 2 hot rods. The room itself was good, but unfortunately due to the parking restrictions, we would not likely recommend this place or return to this location for this event, unless the president of Sand Piper would allow for event parking with trucks and trailers. This is not a small event, and it’s a shame we would not return due to the parking restrictions. The property management staff that were there were fantastic and helped us find alternative parking.
