Welcome to Surftastic, a stunning studio with an oceanfront balcony, 2 murphy beds, outdoor pool, in north Ocean City!

Near lots of great restaurants, bars, and 58 acre North Side Park. The park has sports fields, a recreation center, a walking/jogging/biking path, fishing/crabbing pier, playground, and an outdoor fitness area.

It's hard to get closer to the ocean without getting your feet wet! This studio unit sleeps 4 with a queen murphy bed and a full murphy bed. Unit is light, bright and updated. Located in low-rise condo building, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. Enjoy sunrises from the ocean front balcony and after a day at the beach rinse off at the convenient outside shower and enjoy a cocktail on the balcony while you look for that last playful dolphin of the day.

Linens and towels are provided! The unit does not have a dishwasher. Please note that a $40 fee will be charged if any dirty dishes are left.

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.

Features contactless check with an electronic lock! Your unique access code will be sent the day of check in prior to your arrival.

Entire unit is at your disposal! The building has an outdoor shower as you step off the beach, an elevator for easy access to your unit, and an outdoor pool open in the summer (key in the unit). you also get one dedicated parking space (space #44). Only FRONT-IN parking is allowed!

Guests can access the building's shared laundry facility on the ground floor!

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash chute near the elevators.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

When you arrive you may notice some temporary posts on the west side of the building. These have been put up in preparation for renovations that will take place in the fall of 2025 (yes, they were put up way too early!) Please disregard them. They should not effect your stay in any way.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
