Summary:
A rare find! 4BR 3BA HOUSE located ocean block on 84th street just steps from the dunes and the beach. Open floor plan living area with full kitchen and dining table where everyone can gather for meals & games. Outdoor lounge with wrap around deck where you can hear the ocean waves. Sleeps 13 people comfortably. Washer/Dryer in home. Centrally located and walking distance to restaurants including Ropewalk, Hooked, Lombardi's and Blue Fish. Grocery nearby as well. Come stay with us!

The Space:
This home has 2 condos on the backside that can also be rented if you need extra space; Pelican 1 and Pelican 2. Look for Pelican 1+2+3 to rent all 3 homes!!!!

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Plenty of Space

Pelican 3 had the space we needed but it has some interesting wear (like a broken chair found before we arrived that was left in the residence the entire week).

Nice beachside hideaway.

Nice house tucked away beachside. Comfortably, slept our party of two couples and four adults. The dinning/living room area had enough space for dinner and a night in of game night. The porch was great to get some air or leave things out to dry, but private enough where no pedestrians are around. The parking pads are convenient to come and go as you please without worrying about a spot. Tho, no beach views, the inlet access is on the same block and less than 100 ft from the house. Lots of walkable restaurants and places to eat. Overall, enjoyed our stay and will consider again.
