Sunsets Galore! Bayside, direct Bayfront 1BR 1BA Condo in Uptown Ocean City. Extra windows allow for direct Bay Views and plenty of natural light in all the rooms!! Large covered private balcony for happy hour sunsets & warm summer breezes. Pintail Point offers an elevated pool, elevator, outdoor shower, bike racks and assigned parking. Short walk to the beach & the ocean. Close to Bull on the Beach, Hooked, Blue Fish, Lombardi's, Ropewalk, and close to grocery & shopping!

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

Must be 25 to book this home; no smoking; Pets Not Allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities of home. The deck had a stunning view of the bay and you could even see the bridge in the distance. We brought bikes and were able to ride all around safely in the area surrounding the condo.
